Lisa Masters

In 2021, Lisa Masters founded Autism Life and Living (ALL) in response to the deficiency of viable support and housing options she discovered through her extensive research for her two sons, both of whom are on the autism spectrum. As a published author and devoted single mother, Lisa brings over 21 years of firsthand experience in navigating agencies and support services tailored to individuals with autism.

Beyond her roles as a mother and advocate, Lisa has been an active contributor to the autism community. She has initiated fundraising campaigns benefiting autism organizations and served on the Board of Directors for Southwest Human Development, Arizona’s largest early childhood development non-profit. Additionally, Lisa is a member of the task force for Benevilla’s Helping Partners Program, focusing on supporting adults with autism. Her involvement with The Giving Group Arizona, a nonprofit making substantial annual donations to four nonprofits, underscores her dedication to philanthropy. Lisa is a visionary who conceived the concept of Oak Tree Ranch as a haven where her boys and others like them can reside in a secure, supportive, and permanent community and parents can age with peace of mind.
