Autism Life and Living’s Oak Tree Ranch Independent Living Community is a pioneering initiative founded by Lisa Masters in 2021 to address the growing need for safe, supportive housing for adults with autism and related intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD). The planned 31-unit community will provide affordable, independence-focused living in an inclusive environment designed around the unique needs of neurodiverse residents.

With nearly 40,000 individuals with autism/IDD in the Greater Phoenix area at risk of losing housing and caregiver support as families age, Oak Tree Ranch was created to offer a long-term solution rooted in safety, community, choice, and self-determination.
