Walt Coughlin

Since 1990, Walt has been instrumental in aiding a widespread network of non-profit and faith-based borrowers in the planning, organization, and execution of both tax-exempt and taxable financings. These 150+ transactions, amounting to over $1,000,000,000, have supported diverse projects such as schools, healthcare facilities, affordable housing communities, churches, and numerous other commendable initiatives. Walt is actively involved in contributing to the sustainability of our Oak Tree Ranch independent living community by assisting in the establishment of financial sources and uses, as well as designing operational revenue streams for the support of autism life and living.
