Lance Baker

Lance Baker, founding partner and principal of Synectic Design, has successfully completed projects in the Federal, public, private and commercial markets. As an owner and designer, Lance will participate in the design, documentation and administration for ALL’s Oak Tree Ranch Community.

With over 24 years of experience, Lance is licensed for architecture in 20 states; he’s a member of AIA (American Institute of Architects) and active in the Scottsdale Charros, a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the community through the promotion and support of education, youth programs and economic development. He is passionate about the Oak Tree Ranch project.
