Alan Kravitz

Alan’s career in real estate development has spanned over 30 years. He recently retired as senior architect from SPS Architects. Alan is verse with a variety of current technologies, contracts, IT and project delivery systems, including 3D BIM/Revit, IPD/Lean Construction, CM@ Risk, Design-Build and the Design/Bid/Build process.  He also has significant experience working with licensing, planning and jurisdictional agencies. Alan strongly believes the adult autism community deserves a safe and inclusive home, that is both designed for and sensitive to their special needs.
